Nash explained how subtle clues throughout her performances pointed to her true self. References to coffee stemmed from her roles in the filmsCoffee WarsandSyrup, while a streaming clue alluded to her appearance in the Netflix seriesGlow. Even a seemingly random detail – “Take 615” on a clapperboard – was a clever nod to the Nashville area code, hinting at her surname.

A playful reference to “rivals” in her VT cleverly connected to Danny Dyer, who starred in her music video for “Wasteman.” Nash’s performance was a masterclass in misdirection, keeping everyone guessing until the very end.

Du Beke, ever the showman, joked with the panel about intentionally leaning into a drag queen persona to throw them off the scent. The clues, in retrospect, were brilliantly placed. Seven acorns referenced his hometown of Sevenoaks in Kent, while flour bags alluded to his youthful days as a baker.

Even a playful reference to being “the bottom of success” was a nod to his past win as Rear of the Year. Du Beke expressed genuine joy in the experience, declaring he had “loved every second” of his time on the show.

Kate Nash and Anton Du Beke now join a growing list of unmasked stars in this already remarkable series. The competition launched with a unique twist, introducing Goldfish and Emperor Penguin as the lead singers of the show’s house bands.
