Report: Tottenham and Newcastle want “outstanding” Premier League star valued over £60m

Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are interested in the Everton attacker Iliman Ndiaye.

The 25-year-old has been a quality player for Everton, and it is no surprise that his performance have attracted the attention of top teams. According to a report from TEAMtalk, Tottenham and Newcastle are monitoring his situation, and they could look to make a move for him.

However, he will cost in excess of £60 million. It will be interesting to see if Tottenham are willing to pay up. Ndiaye has been labelled as “outstanding” by David Moyes recently.

Iliman Ndiaye is a quality player

Ndiaye is capable of operating centrally as an attacking midfielder as well as a wide player. He will create opportunities in the final third and look to score goals as well. Spurs could use someone with his technical ability in the final third. However, the asking price is quite expensive. Ndiaye has three goals in the league so far this season.

Meanwhile, Newcastle could use more creativity as well. It will be interesting to see if they are willing to break the Bank for Ndiaye. They have the resources to get the deal done, especially after selling Alexander Isak.

Both Tottenham and Newcastle have exciting projects, and they are looking to fight for trophies regularly. They are competing in the UEFA Champions League, and they have recently won trophies.

Ndiaye is likely to be tempted to join either club. However, Everton have no intention of letting the player leave. It will be interesting to see how the situation develops.

Tottenham and Newcastle will need to improve their squad if they want to compete with the biggest clubs in the country. They are not quite at the level required to challenge the likes of Arsenal, Manchester City or Liverpool.

Ndiaye will also look to compete at a high level, and the opportunity to join clubs in the UEFA Champions League will be quite exciting for him.
